About UsBlackwall was founded in London in 1987 and quickly became the UK's leading supplier of home compost bins and water butts. Named after the Blackwall Tunnel, near the company's first site in London, Blackwall moved to Leeds in 1994.
Blackwall became part of recycling container specialist Straight plc in January 2005 and now operates out of the Straight headquarters in Leeds City Centre.
